Shipping Policy

We ship all orders via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) at 1PM, Eastern Standard Time, each day (except weekends and national holidays). Once processed, your order will be shipped via one of these methods.

On occasion Bebe Michelle Naturals offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. To keep updated with our latest shipping promotions sign up to our newsletter email list.

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1-2 business days for the processing of your order. All orders placed before 1pm, Eastern Standard Time, will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm, Eastern Standard Time, will be processed and prepared for shipping on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays, will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Returns

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. An unopened package must be certified as “item refused” by UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service). Domestic Orders

The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Bebe Michelle Naturals does not make address adjustments, unless notified prior to your order being shipped.

  • Please verify that you’ve enter the correct shipping address during your order process.
  • Please be certain that your shipping address is correct, while at the “review” stage of your order.

Bebe Michelle Naturals cannot be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. If you happen to catch that you have entered the wrong address, please email us immediately at customercare@BebeMichelleNaturals.com with your order number and the correct shipping address. This must be done before your order is shipped. Once shipped, we will not be responsible for the incorrect address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Bebe Michelle Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery, by United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS), to the shipping address entered on an order. Upon inquiry, Bebe Michelle Naturals will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Shipping to Hotels

We do not advise the shipping of products to a non-permanent address (hotels, vacation homes etc.) and cannot be held responsible for packages that are misplaced at a destination where you (the purchaser) are not responsible for the acceptance of delivery. If you do choose to have packages delivered to hotels etc., please ensure that the location is aware of the package arrival ahead of time.
