Bebe Michelle Naturals was originally founded as Avaluxe Naturals in 2015. The company was and still is, headquartered in the state of Florida. All of our products are formulated and manufactured in the USA.
Since our goal is to process and ship all orders on the same business day, we are unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been processed. For urgent requests please contact us, as soon as possible, at customercare@BebeMichelleNaturals.com.
We do not offer samples at the present time. However, we may offer give-a-ways via Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube. Make sure you are following us to receive details. Also, remember to sign up to our email list to receive upcoming details on future samples and give-a-ways.
Yes we do! We also ship to military bases.

Please note that all sales are final and are not subject to a return. Original shipping and handling charges are also nonrefundable.

Bebe Michelle Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the shipping address entered on an order. Upon inquiry, Bebe Michelle Naturals will confirm delivery to the provided shipping address, date of delivery, tracking and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. Please email customerservice@BebeMichelleNaturals.com within 5 days of delivery. In order to receive replacements, you must provide photos of your damaged or incorrect items.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order has been packed and ready to ship. The email will contain shipment details, a tracking number and a link to the selected carrier site. To track an order, click on the tracking number located in the body of the email. Customers who have registered at Bebe Michelle Naturals.com can also track orders by logging in to the My Account area of the website. You may also contact Bebe Michelle Naturals customer service to track your order.
